The Mission for Saving K9 Lives Plus, Inc
Saving K9 Lives Plus, Inc. was formed to provide public awareness of the growing population of homeless animals and animals being euthanized in overcrowded shelter systems. Saving K9 Lives Plus, Inc. will rescue animals (mainly dogs and cats) from various situations, including, but not limited to: bailouts from City and County Shelters, from owners who can no longer care for their pets, animals that have been abused, neglected or abandoned and non profit rescues that cannot care for the animal needs. These animals will receive veterinary care, food and shelter and be temporarily housed in a volunteer foster home. Once these animals have been sterilized, vaccinated, cured and/or treated for any illness and evaluated for temperament, they will then become available for adoption thru public media.
It is our mission to promote ADOPT FROM A RESCUE don’t shop from a puppymill or backyard breeder. We plan to educate the public why spaying and neutering is so important in an overpopulation of pets thru out the USA.
Saving K9 Lives Plus, Inc is a 501-c3 non profit dedicating to helping dogs in Need.
All donations to help dogs in need are tax deductable!

In memory of Baby Lucky, a eight week on Chihuahua from South Los Angeles Shelter. Baby Lucky came into the shelter at two months, weighing 3.5 lbs. After four weeks of being in isolation, Baby Lucky at three months weighed 2.5 lbs. Saving K9 Lives Plus wanted to give a home for the holidays for a puppy in need. Baby Lucky lived in luxury for two weeks as his foster mom worried and cared for him until he passed away from Distemper on New Year's Eve in her arms. We will always remember Baby Lucky who taught us to cherish every moment we have with our furry companions.
